In The Bold and the Beautiful, Luna Nozawa’smother has made an appearance in Los Angeles, leading to clashes between Poppy Nozawa and Li Finnegan as they strive to find common ground.

However, fans still have questions about Luna’s bio dad, who could easily be a member of a prominent family on The Bold and the Beautiful.

When Luna first debuted and basically faced Li’s wrath for existing, that led to speculation that she might be Jack Finnegan’s biological daughter.

It would’ve been a good story if Luna turned out to be John “Finn” Finnegan’s half-sister instead of his adoptive cousin.

Nevertheless, it doesn’t look like that’s the story direction that the show’s going in now.

Jack’s affair with Sheila Carter came up in Poppy and Li’s recent conversation, which gave Poppy a chance to offer sympathy.

There were no hints that Poppy was ever involved with Jack, so that’s not the reason why Li’s so upset.

Li blames Poppy over an old affair with a married chief surgeon, but there’s no guarantee that man is Luna’s bio dad.

It makes more sense for Luna’s father to be someone that fans know instead of some random offscreen doctor that we’ll probably never meet.

Li resents Poppy for getting pregnant so easily with Luna since Li was never able to have her own biological child.

It seems like there’s a huge focus on Luna’s birth and how that affected Li, so the show needs to explore Luna’s paternity, too.

Luna presumably isn’t a Forrester or a Logan since the show wants her paired up with RJ Forrester, who’s firmly planted in both families.

Deacon Sharpe may be too busy with Sheila drama for a long-lost kid storyline, but Bill Spencer isn’t doing anything except munching on Deacon’s garlic bread and listening to Liam Spencer complain.

If anybody needs a story right now, it’s “Dollar Bill.”

Bill’s nickname brings up another interesting point since Luna and Poppy have always lived so modestly.

Poppy is adamant that money and success aren’t everything, so it’d be fun if it turns out Luna’s dad is perhaps the richest, most successful man in LA!

It’d also be great to give Luna more relatives and complicate her family tree since that’s usually how things work on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Since Bill connected with Li after he came to her rescue, she won’t be happy if he turns out to be Luna’s biological father.
