Jill Abbott reconnects with Chance Chancellor at Crimson Lights, where he provides her with updates on his potential career transition.

Since Chance is thinking about stepping away from the GCPD and doing something safer, Jill will be delighted over that news for multiple reasons.

Of course, Jill will like the idea of Chance landing in a position where his life isn’t on the line daily.

Furthermore, Jill will think this is a prime opportunity for Chance to join the family business.

Chance will listen to Jill’s tempting pitch and consider whether he might be willing to join the team at Chancellor-Winters.

However, Chance won’t want to rush into anything until he really takes some time to contemplate what’s next.

There could be other job offers on the table soon, so Chance might have to consider those, too.

Even so, Jill will feel like Chance could make himself useful at Chancellor-Winters if he gets on board, especially since she needs backup against threats like Mamie Johnson and Tucker McCall.

Although Jill decided to delay her next Mamie confrontation and let Nate Hastings make his Chancellor-Winters return plea, you can bet Jill will revisit the hostility soon.

There’s another heated argument coming up over Mamie’s decision to accept Tucker’s money and try to push Jill out of the company.

It won’t be long until Jill and Mamie are ripping into each other once again.

Other The Young and the Restless spoilers say Aunt Jordan’s cruelty will get worse at the lake house, where Nikki Newman is intentionally being driven off the wagon.

Now that Nikki’s already got alcohol in her system, she’s going to cave in and take some swigs of the vodka bottle Claire Grace left for her.

Nikki will beat herself up over losing her sobriety, but it’s not her fault – and that’s honestly not even her biggest problem since her life could literally be in jeopardy soon.

As for Aunt Jordan, she’ll have a strategy session with Claire and try to prevent a last-minute crisis of conscience.

Claire may admit she feels a bit guilty about the lengths they’re going to, but Aunt Jordan will think Nikki deserves all this and more.

The same goes for Nikki’s beloved family members who’ll be arriving at the lake house in the near future – that is if the next phase of Aunt Jordan and Claire’s plan goes off without a hitch.
